Job specification
Reporting to senior management, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner in human resources.
You are responsible for all HR activities in a unionized environment and play a key role in supporting managers, managing labor relations, and evolving organizational practices.
Through your presence on the ground and your ability to intervene appropriately, you actively contribute to maintaining a healthy, motivating, and cohesive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic direction
- Advise and support managers in managing their teams
- Manage labor relations and address sensitive issues
- Structure and optimize HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, etc.)
- Oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance
- Develop practices that foster engagement, motivation, and the employee experience
- Implement tools and approaches that support manager accountability
Required profile

Qualifications:
- University degree in human resources or industrial relations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- CHRP/CRIA member
- Excellent command of French
Experience in the education sector is an asset.
