Our client is a well-established organization in the renewable energy sector with a global presence. As part of a strategic transformation and organizational restructuring, the company is seeking an Executive HR Business Partner to support corporate teams and ensure that HR priorities align with business objectives.

Job specification

Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Development and Talent Experience, the incumbent serves as a strategic partner to members of the corporate executive committee. He or she actively contributes to transformation initiatives, talent management, and the evolution of HR practices.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to corporate leaders and influence decisions related to human resources issues 
  • Translate business priorities into concrete and measurable HR initiatives 
  • Support change management in the context of organizational transformation 
  • Contribute to talent management, including succession planning and leadership development 
  • Support leaders in managing complex situations and sensitive labor relations 
  • Use HR data to guide decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices

Required profile

The candidate holds a relevant university degree and has significant experience in human resources, including several years as a senior or executive HR business partner. He or she has experience working with executive committees and in contexts of major organizational transformation. 

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, well-developed political acumen, and recognized credibility among leaders. A member of the Ordre des CRHA, they stand out for their influential leadership, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in complex and changing environments.
