Our client is a company specializing in the distribution and sale of propane appliances, recognized for the quality of its products and services among residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.

As part of a leadership transition, the company is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations and actively contribute to growth in the region.

Job specification

Reporting to the General Manager and serving as a member of the executive committee, the incumbent is responsible for operational performance, business development, human resources management, and compliance with safety and service quality standards.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead and coordinate all branch operations.
  • Supervise the sales, service, installation, delivery, and administrative teams.
  • Plan and optimize sales, distribution, and service activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage human resources processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Support business development and contribute to the expansion into new markets.
  • Coordinate staff to ensure a response to emergency calls outside normal business hours.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sound management of facilities and inventory.

Required profile

The candidate holds a university degree in business administration or a related field and has at least 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years managing a sales team, ideally in a technical, industrial, or distribution environment.
