Candidate résumés and data are hosted on an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform located in the United States.

Before authorizing this hosting, Panache Talent Inc. conducted a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) in accordance with Law 25 to ensure that:

• The U.S. provider applies adequate security and privacy safeguards.

• The data is encrypted and securely stored.

• The level of protection is equivalent to that required in Québec.

We transfer your information to this platform solely for the purpose of managing recruitment processes and communicating with you.
