Our history
Although we have more than 35 years of combined experience in serving SMEs and large companies for their middle, senior and executive management needs, the Panache story has only just begun. After more than 14 years and 22 years working in executive search for a well-established Montreal firm, Sabrina and Sophie, colleagues and friends decide to co-found a company in their image and pursue their passion for their business under a new name.
We changed our logo without altering our respective DNA and that is what we have always aimed for for all the executives we have had the privilege of supporting for all these years. Offering new opportunities through different employers where they could be true to themselves, fulfill their purpose and have an impact, that has always been our intention.
In July 2023, with audacity, integrity, determination and panache of course, the two co-founders united to create a firm that will focus on quality above all else in all facets of their operations. Both in terms of the customer experience, the partnerships built and the results delivered. They strive and are proud to serve a clientele that shares the same values as them.
