Job specification
Reporting to the President and CEO and serving as a member of the executive team, the incumbent will be responsible for sales performance, business development, and leading a team of specialized sales representatives. He or she will actively contribute to identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic business relationships, and positioning the organization among key industry players.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing strategies aimed at sales growth and market development;
- Motivating, mentoring, and developing a team of specialized sales representatives;
- Support the team in managing major accounts and strategic opportunities;
- Maintain long-term business relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders;
- Contribute to the organization’s profitability, market positioning, and growth.
Required profile
The candidate has relevant training and solid experience in B2B sales within an industrial setting. He or she has demonstrated the ability to lead high-performing teams, build lasting business relationships, and contribute to an organization’s growth. Recognized for his or her leadership, business acumen, and strategic vision, this individual thrives in a technical and rapidly evolving environment. Bilingualism is required.
