Our client, a growing, century-old Quebec-based family business, operates in an industry requiring significant capital investment. With an established presence across Quebec and Ontario, the organization is continuing its transformation and is looking for a Vice President Finance to play a key role in its management team.

Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors. You will ensure the overall financial health of the company while supporting its ambitions for growth, profitability and regulatory compliance. Particular emphasis will be placed on financing, banking and treasury management, including USD risk management and rigorous financial reporting. You will actively participate in the development of financial strategy, budget planning, overseeing accounting operations and the organization's digital and operational transformation.
