Job specification
Reporting to the President and CEO and as a member of the Executive Committee, the Vice President, Business Development has overall responsibility for growth strategy and revenue performance.
He or she defines business directions, structures the market approach, and ensures alignment between sales, operations, and service offerings. Working closely with other business functions, the incumbent drives market share growth, optimizes profitability, and ensures consistent execution across the territory.
This role requires the ability to combine business acumen, performance analysis, and field leadership in a context of increased competition and industry transformation.
Required profile
We are looking for an experienced executive with more than 15 years of experience in business development and B2B sales, who has demonstrated the ability to grow revenue in competitive and structured markets. Knowledge of the construction industry, equipment rental, or a related environment is a major asset.
With excellent business acumen and sound judgment, he or she excels at negotiating complex agreements, analyzing commercial data, and optimizing profitability levers. This person is equally comfortable in strategic discussions and supporting teams in the field.
Bilingualism is required, as is proficiency in CRM and performance analysis tools.
