The position of Office Manager has been created to support the General Manager in her strategic, governance, and organizational development functions, while coordinating the organization's priorities and cross-functional projects.
Job specification
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Office Manager acts as a strategic partner and organizational focal point. He or she contributes to defining and monitoring strategic directions, monitors internal and external issues, and coordinates high-impact projects.
This key role supports governance, assists decision-making bodies, and supports the Executive Director in his or her representative, transformational, and mobilization functions.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Director in strategic planning, governance, and decision-making.
- Prepare analyses, recommendations, and strategic documents.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with a high organizational impact.
- Monitor priorities, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Support governing bodies (Board of Directors, committees) in the preparation, monitoring, and implementation of decisions
- Contribute to the evolution of the organizational culture and digital transformation
- Coordinate certain collaborative tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
Required profile
The candidate has a university degree in administration, communications, human resources, law, or a related field, as well as a minimum of seven years of experience in senior management support, governance, or project management roles.
Recognized for their thoroughness, discretion, and sense of priorities, they demonstrate strong analytical skills, an ability to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously, and to collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
