In this context, the organization is seeking a Senior Director, Business Solutions to help optimize performance, the customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Job specification

Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Insurance, the incumbent is responsible for the performance of transactional operations within their sector. Working closely with managers, this person contributes to achieving growth objectives by ensuring rigorous performance management and the continuous improvement of operations.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Motivate and develop the managers under their supervision;
  • Monitor performance metrics related to growth, productivity, conversion, and quality;
  • Optimize processes, work methods, and the flow of business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with digital teams and other business units to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience.

Required profile

The candidate has a relevant college or university degree, a commercial property and casualty insurance license, and at least 10 years of experience in the field, including experience managing other managers.

Recognized for their inspiring leadership, business acumen, and ability to optimize performance, they are proficient in key performance indicator (KPI) management, possess excellent analytical skills, and thrive in a changing environment. Bilingualism is required to interact with clients and business partners across Canada.
