Job specification
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the smooth running of the operations of this branch within the Group, which has 11 branches across Quebec. You will have to deploy an action plan to achieve financial targets, develop and execute a sales strategy, and consolidate links with customers in the industrial and commercial sectors.
As a member of the Management Committee, you will be involved in sharing best practices and optimizing processes.

Required profile
You have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience managing a sales and operations team. You have an excellent sense of business development and can communicate effectively. You are calm and thoughtful. Personality will be a determining factor as we wish to attract candidates with a strong intrapreneurial side.
