We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of a prestigious downtown Montréal property, ensuring continuity of operations and team engagement.
Job specification
Reporting to the National Vice President of Operations, the General Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the property, including strategic planning, budget management, and service quality. This role ensures tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and achieve financial targets.
- Lead operational teams and ensure excellence in services (maintenance, security, environmental programs, tenant coordination).
- Manage budgets, analyze revenues and expenses, and optimize operating costs.
- Drive change initiatives and enhance client and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and collaborate with internal teams on leasing and administrative matters.
Required profile
A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in commercial property management, strong financial and operational expertise, and proven leadership skills. Bilingual (English/French), results-driven, and client-focused, with the ability to adapt in a changing environment. Professional designations (RPA, FMA, LEED) are considered assets.
