As part of its growth and the evolution of its financial performance, the company is looking for a Plant Controller to oversee the accounting and financial activities for its 2 plants based in Montreal, optimize processes and support management in strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller plays a key role in the financial management of plants (2) located in Montreal. They oversee accounting and financial activities, ensure the reliability and compliance of information, and provide analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations and financial closings.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in accounting, finance, or administration, as well as a CPA designation and 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial control, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Rigorous and results-oriented, they combine analytical skills, inspiring leadership, proactivity, creativity, and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. They are also adept at managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
