Job specification
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Commercial Sales, this strategic role is part of a context of strong growth. You will be called upon to lead the B2B commercial sales division, support and mobilize a high-performing team, and optimize results with professional customers—professional outlets and key accounts—while driving expansion in the territory.
As a member of the executive committee, you will work closely with other departments to align strategies and actively contribute to the company's overall objectives.
The main responsibilities of this position will be to:
- Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Maintain an active presence in the field to understand the issues and support your representatives.
- Promote collaboration with internal teams: purchasing, operations, bidding, merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and sales optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and strategic customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, ensuring rigorous control of prices and margins.
- Boost profitability, particularly through the professional counter network.
Required profile
We are looking for an experienced and motivating manager, recognized for their ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team. As a strategist with a results-oriented approach, you have solid experience in business development and team management, ideally in the construction or distribution sector. Your collaborative leadership, communication skills, and keen analytical mind allow you to navigate with ease in a rapidly changing environment. Bilingual and comfortable in the field as well as in executive committees, you know how to build trusting relationships with contractors and understand their realities. Knowledge of how construction sites operate and the dynamics of the contractor market is considered a major asset.
